In the historic building of Lazne III, a center of spa trade in Karlovy Vary, a refurbished style restaurant facilities were opened in 1994 to offer a capacity of 180-200 of seats.

This refurbished facility comprises a restaurant, a café-confectionery, a canteen and a kitchen. The refurbished kitchen facilities with a modern equipment are divided into cold meals, hot and minute and desserts making sections.

These facilities have a capacity sufficient to serve the all-the-day-round operations(breakfast, lunch, dinner) needed for both the in-patients of the Sanatorium Lazne III (diet meals) and the incoming public. We also organize various events for closed parties like receptions, wedding, celebrations etc. Music and dancing may be organized for parties. With Lazne III building in 1995 it is for the first time in the history of spa treatment center of Karlovy Vary, that a spa hotel facilities were developed.

The spa hotel is located on the first floor of Lázně III and comprises 16 double rooms and 2 suites. The total hotel capacity is 39 beds with some possibility of extension, providing several extra beds. Every room has a private shower and toilet. The standard equipment of all the rooms include a telephone, mini-bar, satellite TV.
